Refund policy

At MPGA Shop, every product is created on demand and fulfilled by our production partner Printful. Because each item is produced individually, we do not keep stock or process returns at our own address.

However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund may be approved only if:

  • the item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect,
  • the wrong item, size or print was sent, or
  • the order was lost in transit as confirmed by the carrier.

Requests for other reasons (such as a change of mind or an incorrect size ordered by the customer) cannot be accepted because each product is printed to order.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a request, email us at contact@mpga.shop and include:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos showing the issue, and
  • a short description of the problem.

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct Printful return address. Please do not send items back to our business address, as they cannot be received there.

3. Return Address

All approved returns are handled through Printful’s fulfillment centers (worldwide locations including the EU, US and others). You will receive the appropriate return address once your case is verified and approved.

4. Refunds

Once Printful confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 – 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Because products are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for:

  • items ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer,
  • items damaged after delivery, or
  • promotional or discounted items.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
