Shipping policy

At MPGA Shop, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner Printful. Because every item is produced individually, processing and delivery times may vary slightly depending on product type and destination.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are sent to production as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Typical fulfillment time is 2 – 5 business days before shipping.
- Orders placed during peak periods or public holidays may require extra processing time.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
Delivery is handled directly by Printful through reputable courier partners. Approximate delivery times after fulfillment are:

Please note that these are estimates only; delivery times may vary depending on courier service and destination customs.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity and destination. You will see the total shipping fee before completing your order.
4. Tracking Your Order
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link to follow delivery progress. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
5. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these costs, and they are not included in the product or shipping prices.
6. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned to Printful due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we may reship it at the customer’s expense. Refunds for such orders cannot be granted once production has started.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If you believe your order is lost in transit or has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at contact@mpga.shop with your order number. We will open a case with Printful and the courier to locate the shipment or arrange a replacement where appropriate.
8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
For any approved returns arising from shipping damage or logistical errors, the return address and process will be coordinated directly with Printful’s nearest fulfillment center.
