2. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use this Website. You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

3. Products and Fulfillment

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner Printful.
While we strive to display products accurately, minor variations in color or design placement may occur due to printing and screen differences. All items are produced upon order; therefore, stock availability is subject to Printful’s fulfillment capacity.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via PayTabs and other approved gateways.
We do not store or have access to full card details. By submitting an order, you authorize us (through PayTabs) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

5. Order Acceptance and Processing

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance via an order-confirmation email once payment has cleared. Fulfillment and shipping are handled by Printful in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our products are printed on demand. Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or wrong item received. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions and eligibility criteria.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the Printful facility nearest to the delivery destination. Delivery times are estimates only. Customs or import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership:
    All intellectual property rights in this Website and its contents — including all product designs, artworks, logos, text, slogans, layouts, images, and other creative material — are and shall remain the sole property of bSerious LLC or its licensors.
  • Created Works:
    Any intellectual property rights arising during the design, creation, or marketing of our products (including derivative designs, mock-ups, product images, and promotional materials) shall automatically vest in bSerious LLC without limitation.
  • Customer Rights:
    When purchasing a product from MPGA Shop, you acquire ownership of the physical item only. You do not obtain any rights to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or otherwise commercially use the product’s design, image, text, or artwork.
  • Prohibited Use:
    No material from this Website or from our products may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of our designs or slogans constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, bSerious LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our Website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bSerious LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Website.

Our store uses third-party partners such as Printful (production) and PayTabs (payments).
By using our Website, you agree that your data may be processed by these partners in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
